Call and we will tell you, because it depends on what is already running and what your tree is sitting on. A tree on an occupied house comes before a tree on a fence, so say what it landed on when you call and we will be straight with you about when we can be there.
Yes. We are trained and equipped for clearance work around service lines, and four customers mention power line clearance in their Google reviews. If a line is down and live, call the utility first, then call us. Nobody should work a live line.
We give you an itemised written estimate, photograph the damage before we touch it, and talk to your adjuster if you ask us to. We do not file the claim for you, but we make sure you have what you need to.
